Example of a follow-up flow
100+ businesses and growing

What a CRM does for your business
A CRM (customer relationship management) is a system where you keep track of all your enquiries and customers. For each enquiry you see where it came from, what its status is and what the next step is.
At many trade businesses, enquiries are scattered across the mailbox, WhatsApp, voicemail and a note through the letterbox. Something always slips through. Especially when you are on a roof or in a crawl space during the day.
We set up our CRM for you, connect your forms and get the follow-up ready. You move an enquiry on to the next stage. The rest happens automatically.
- All enquiries in one place
- Source with every enquiry
- On your phone too

Every enquiry followed up within a minute
Whoever calls first has the best chance. This is how an enquiry runs through the system, without anything being left behind.
- A confirmation within a minute, day and night
- You get an instant alert on who to call
- A reminder if an enquiry is left sitting
- Follow-up until the quote is signed
- 14:02 · New enquiry
Roof renovation · Velp
- 14:02 · Text message to your customer
Thanks for your enquiry! We'll call you today.
- 14:02 · Alert to you
Call within the hour: roof renovation in Velp.
- 16:00 · Reminder
Not called yet? This is your nudge.
- Day 3 · Follow-up
Quote sent. Shall we have a quick call about the schedule?
A pipeline with the stages of your work
A pipeline shows where each enquiry stands. We keep it short, because you want an overview, not paperwork.

New
The enquiry comes in with all the details and the source. The customer gets a confirmation, you get an alert.
Appointment
You have been in touch and scheduled an appointment for measuring up, inspection or advice.
Quote
The quote has been sent. From here the CRM follows up by itself if it stays quiet.
Signed
The job is in. That result also goes back to your ads, so you see which channel delivered it.
Follow-up that keeps running while you are at work
Every automatic step first checks which stage an enquiry is in. If the customer has already moved on, nothing more goes out.
An instant confirmation
The customer immediately gets a message that the enquiry has arrived and what happens next. You get an alert on your phone.
Reminder to call
If a new enquiry is still untouched after a few hours, you get a reminder.
Calendar link if there is no answer
If the customer does not pick up, they get a link to choose a time themselves.
Appointment confirmation
For an appointment, a confirmation and a reminder the day before, for the customer and for you.
Follow-up of open quotes
If it stays quiet after your quote, a follow-up message goes out after a few days, and then another.
Asking for a review after the job
After handover the customer gets a thank-you with a request for a Google review.
Your forms, phone and ads connected
A CRM is only as good as what comes into it. We connect every form on your website, so an enquiry lands in your pipeline automatically. With all the answers, photos and the page it came from.
Every form also carries the Google click ID. If an enquiry becomes a signed job, we send that as offline conversion back to Google Ads. That way your advertising budget steers on jobs, not on every form filled in.
Before we go live, we send a test enquiry through the whole system. We check that it appears in the CRM and that all messages go out correctly.

Loose lists versus one CRM
Without a CRM
- Enquiries in email, WhatsApp and voicemail
- You remember yourself who you still need to call
- Open quotes drop out of sight
- You do not know which channel produces jobs
With a CRM set up for you
- Every enquiry in one place, with its source
- Reminders when something is left sitting
- Fixed follow-up of every quote
- Signed jobs fed back to your ads
Who benefits from a CRM set up for them
- You receive several enquiries every week
- You are often on site and reply later than you would like
- You send quotes from €2,000
- You rarely ask for a review at the moment
- You want to know which ad produced a signed job
- You mainly want more clicks, likes or followers. We steer on enquiries and signed jobs.
- You’d rather try it yourself first. Start in the knowledge base
- You don’t know yet where the leak is. Take the free growth scan first

What is a CRM?
A CRM is a system where you keep track of all your enquiries and customers, with the source, the status and the next step for each enquiry. For trade businesses it is mainly an overview of who you still need to call, which quotes are open and which jobs are signed.
Which CRM do you use?
We work with our own CRM, which we set up per client with your own stages, messages and logo. It works on your computer and through an app on your phone. If you already work with another system, we discuss in the intro call what is most practical.
Do I have to keep track of a lot myself in the CRM?
No. Enquiries come in automatically and the messages go out by themselves. You move an enquiry on to the next stage when you have made an appointment, sent a quote or signed the job.
Won't too many automatic messages go to my customers?
No. Every step first checks which stage the enquiry is in. If you have already called or the quote is signed, the follow-up stops. We write the messages in your tone, with your own name underneath.
Can my existing customers go in it?
Yes. We can transfer existing contacts and current enquiries, so you start with one complete overview.
How does the CRM connect to my ads?
Every enquiry carries the click ID of the ad. If it becomes a signed job, that goes back to Google Ads. That way you see per channel what it delivers and Google learns which clicks become jobs.
Are enquiries being left sitting?
A specialist reviews with you in 30 minutes how enquiries are currently followed up. Free, via video.
